Japanese Hot Pot SHABUSHABU | Tokyo Restaurant

Shabushabu is a Japanese Hot Pot that's enjoyed by swishing thin slices of beef or pork into a konbu seaweed-based broth. Vegetables and tofu are also cooked in the pot to enjoy. The cooked ingredients are dipped in ponzu sauce or sesame sauce, along with traditional condiments. Rice or noodles are usually served at the end of the meal.
