An easy ab routine you can do at home ft. @SQUATWOLF

I often like to do my abs in between my sets of whatever I am working on. So for example, if it is glutes day, I will finish my set of squats and superset with one of these ab exercises. These are my tried and true! Especially planks-- since they reach deep within your core.

Believe it or not, I had debilitating back pain during the pandemic because of my little movement. I thought I had a slipped disc or scoliosis. Turns out it was just my core screaming for support.

Interested in my tried and true?
- 1 min plank x2 (if it is too easy, you can try out alternating from an elbow plank to a palm plank OR add in some twists from an allow plank)
- 1 min side plank, each side (if it is too easy, raise your leg OR add in some dips)
- Crunches x2-3 (I do 12 crunches with feet on the ground, 12 with one leg raised, 12 with the other, 12 with both raised, 12 feet on the ground)
- 1 min Russian twists (if it is too easy add in some weight)
