Delany (Flushboy, Rex, Presto) Flushometer | Diaphragm | Repair and Replace

In this episode of Repair and Replace, Vance shows how to replace a diaphragm in a Delany Flushboy, Rex, or Presto flush valve. This applies to both commercial toilets (water closets) and urinals.

Note: these steps might be compatible with Crane / Powers flush valves as the models are very similar.

The bypass hole size is extremely important for proper metering of water. Continuous flushing can occur if the bypass hole is blocked. If the hole has been enlarged, it can cause short flushing.
