EXPLAINED INCOTERMS CARRIAGE PAID TO (CPT) FOR AN IMPORT EXPORT BUSINESS

Today, I’d like to talk to you about Carriage Paid To. INCOTERMS has eleven kinds of trade rules, and “Carriage Paid To” means that the seller delivers the goods to a carrier or another person nominated by the seller at an agreed place. Have a look at the video, and find out! 😉

If any such place is agreed between parties and that the seller must contract for and pay the costs of carriage necessary to bring the goods to the named place of destination.

My video is divided into six sections.

To begin with the definition of Incoterm Carriage Paid To. Following that, I will give you an explanation of the CPT term. Next, I am going to talk about What are the buyer’s and seller’s responsibilities with the Carriage Paid To agreement. Then I will show you when to use a CPT rule. And finally, I will give my advice.

By the end of the video, you will know Carriage Paid too well and understand how CPT works.
