The Original 13th Amendment Was Removed From the Constitution

In 1810 Congress passed a 13th Amendment that was ratified by 12 of 17 states. It stripped citizenship from anyone who accepted a title of nobility from a foreign power. That includes lawyers who use the title Esquire. A British legal title. It was published in state laws and official records for 30 years. Then it vanished from every printed Constitution after the Civil War. Copies of it still exist in archives from Colorado, Virginia, and Maine. If it was properly ratified it is still law. And if it is still law then every lawyer in America is operating illegally. That would explain why they needed it gone.
