Charlie’s final trip to Atlantic Beach was filled with gentle waves, soft sand, and the warmth of his family’s love. 🐾 His parents traveled from Wake Forest to make sure he felt the sea breeze one more time. Just one day later, back home, they had to say their final goodbyes. 💔

These end-of-life sessions are the hardest yet most meaningful stories I tell. It’s not about perfect poses or capturing the ‘best’ shot. It’s about preserving the essence of their bond, the moments of pure connection, and the love that goes beyond words.

I’ve been in Charlie’s parents’ shoes before—capturing precious final moments that I now treasure deeply. I’d give anything to have one more day with Maddox, to have these unposed, real moments captured before we said goodbye.
