Raise your hand if you had never had quinoa growing up! 🙋🏽‍♀️ I didn’t know how to pronounce it, let alone how to cook it. Now it’s a staple in my household. It’s so versatile and delicious, and I often cook it in place of some of my white rice dishes to switch things up.
