Marination Masala Ingredients:
10 Red Chillies
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
10 Black Peppercorns
1 Small Piece Cinnamon
7-8 Garlic Pod
1 Inch Ginger
1 Tablespoon Tamarind
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Small Tsp Salt

Soak All Ingredients (except salt and turmeric powder) In water for sometime and grind them into a fine paste. Add turmeric powder and Salt to the paste, mix and set aside.

You can store it in refrigerator and use it as required for any fish fry.
