On 3/2/15, the Schemel Forum at The University of Scranton hosted Brendan O’Leary, Lauder Professor of Political Science, University of Pennsylvania. Dr. O’Leary examines the causes and successful resolutions of national and ethnic conflicts throughout the world. He discusses the concept of power sharing as a way of governance.
