Mapping all your Daily Tasks and Meetings on your Google Calendar does not make you productive

👉🏼 It's common to hear that you must engage in Time Blocking (on your calendar) rather than building To Do Lists

👉🏼 However, time blocking can suddenly leave you with a packed work calendar and stuff still not getting done because every day, new things keep coming up out of the blue, which, while you try and manage, your time blocking goes for a toss.

👉🏼 So the Golden Tip of time management is - Blocking 25% time on your calendar for unscheduled tasks that come on a daily basis.

👉🏼 I've just started blocking at least 2 out of my scheduled 10 hours of work for ad-hoc urgent daily tasks in a different color in 4 segments of 30 minutes each, which has immensely helped me check off everything unplanned without it eating away time set aside for my scheduled tasks.
