Hey guys, today I am being honest and vulnerable about where my thoughts have been these last couple of years, but more specifically these last few months. I have been in deep thought about the changes that I have been experiencing as a person, about my path as a content creator and where I am heading in this space. When you become a mother, you enter into a phase of your life called "Matrescence" which is essentially Adolescence (the phase of becoming an adult from a child) but this is me turning from a child free woman into a mother. I am experiencing a change like I have never experienced in my life, and it has thrown me for a major loop.

I haven't wanted to talk about this until I was really sure, because of the fear of my YouTube channel dying because of the change in niche, but here I am - because after 2+ years of doing everything I can to try to find the old me, I have come to the realization that instead I need to accept the NEW me. The new me has new interests, a new outlook on life and has fundamentally changed as a person, and no amount of shame will bring me back there. It is devastating to admit, but I am not the woman that I used to be. It hit me suddenly and unexpectedly. I am different now, yes, but that is not a bad thing. My tastes, humor, interests, hobbies, loves and focus has shifted and that is ok.. which is what I tell myself because fighting it hasn't been working.

I appreciate those of you who are still here with me through the peaks and valleys of my career. It has been eye opening to say the least and I am more appreciative than you could ever know.

I will be here.. just.. reviews might not. Thank you so much for your continued support while I navigate this uncomfortable change.
