Yamaha Grizzly front wheel bearing replacement #1614

Following on from the flood damage appraisal on the Yamaha Grizzly 450 I completed the service on the bike. The one last job to get done was to replace the front wheel bearings...

All the 'servicing' videos have all been uploaded previously, however, replacing the front hub bearings is another common task on ATVs so I felt I'd put the work to camera as it may be helpful to one or two of you.

This video covers the disassembly & removal of the knuckle joint, the removal of the seals & bearings, an inspection of the casting, instillation of the new bearings and seals & then the refitting to the bike.

The video includes a few helpful hints and tips, a torque setting or two & even the part numbers for the bearings.
