Get a job offer: Secure a job offer from a Singapore-based employer, which is required to start the application process.

Employer submits the online application: The employer logs into the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Work Permit Online (WPOL) portal to submit the application and pay the $35 fee.
Receive the In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter: After the application is approved, the employer will receive an IPA letter, which allows the worker to enter Singapore.
Travel to Singapore and get the Work Permit card: Once the worker arrives in Singapore, the employer can complete the final application process online to get the Work Permit card. The worker may need to get their photo and fingerprints taken at the Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC).
