With this film, I would like to not only explain the stigma that still exists in connection with menstruation, but also inform about possible solutions and the necessity of breaking the taboo.
Menstruation is not a women's issue, but a human issue. It concerns all of us whether we menstruate or not. Comprehensive education of children and adults is therefore essential in order to actually break the taboo and to make a positive menstrual experience possible for all menstruating people.
