Weekly Routine for mature level training in Thailand Oct 2023 I'd come down with Dengue fever in August 2023 and was literally forced to put my daily workouts on hold. Spent the rest of the month and September recovering. Time once again to get back in the saddle and pound the iron. I'll do a weekly post on my progress for those interested.
