Do Aftermarket Ignition Coils Make a Difference?

In this video I go over in depth aftermarket ignition coils and if they add any benefit just throwing them on your vehicle.

I test them on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT by detailing before and after results of fuel economy, engine start up, dyno results, and 0-60 and 1/4 mile results. Are performance ignition coils just snake oil or do they provide a real benefit?
