D-Day 78th BDF x Delta Normandy Return Announcement

The Best Defense Foundation is proud to announce our premier sponsor Delta Airlines for our return to Normandy in June 2022. This monumental partnership will bring WWII veterans to France for the 78th anniversary of D-Day. Delta will provide a charter Boeing 767 to fly directly from Atlanta to Deauville, France for the first time in history. We couldn’t think of a better way to honor these veterans after 3 long years!

The veterans will participate in a week-long program that will include the official D-Day Commemoration on June 6. All expenses are covered by Best Defense Foundation and corporate sponsors so that these veterans can return to their battlefields at ZERO cost to them.
