3 months left… and I’m down 124 lbs.
Nine months ago, I started this journey at over 445 lbs with one goal: lose 150 lbs before our family trip to Dollywood. Today is the Month 9 weigh-in.
Current weight: 321 lbs
Total lost: 124 lbs
Remaining: 26 lbs
This is the home stretch.
This month, Jonesy raised the stakes. The goal is no longer just weight loss. It’s about being able to fully show up and live life with him. That means training for function, not just the scale. No shortcuts. No sitting on the sidelines.
We’re getting ready for that trip, and I plan to be on those roller coasters right next to him.
This journey hasn’t been about dieting. It’s been about discipline, research, and rebuilding my body the right way. Like I always say, I’m not forcing weight loss. My body is returning to its natural state.
The final three months start now. This is where it gets real.
