Waste Connections: Celina, Texas Cart Removal!

As many of you already know, CWD took over residential, commercial and roll off services in Celina, Texas on December 1st ending Waste Connections’ 10 year contract with the city. Finding out this information months ago, @RefuseDFW02 and I made it a huge priority to film the roll out/roll in of carts along with the final WC trucks and brand new CWD trucks!

We caught up with this crew from Dauntless Services picking up all the trash carts and they were cool to let us get some film of them retrieving and disassembling various types of carts! Even though Celina has majority Waste Connections branded bins, there’s quite a variety with the IPLs, toters, Sierras and various models of Rehrig.

Luckily, with most of the carts in this area being newer in age, they’ll be sent back to the yard, then eventually distributed to other sites in need of carts around the state!
