In this video I show you how I made resin pendants. This was the first time I tried resin. I tested it on one day and filmed it the next day.

I have learned so so much since this video aired .. Most importantly is that A full or half face respirator with eye protection should be worn at all times. I bought one after this video and cannot live without it. I put it on as soon as I open the bottles of resin .. and take it off when I leave the room. Respirators are an absolute MUST !

This resin for beginners video is a basic start to finish, step by step tutorial on how I used resin for the first time.

Other kits and hundreds of different molds are available. Make sure you get the kit that suits your needs best.

I also used craft supplies from The Works UK however every craft supplier in the world will have similar items.
For a more natural look and of course, cheaper. Materials are free from the garden.
Things to remember:
.1.. wear gloves at all times. (You see me ditch the gloves but do not follow my example, protect your skin)
2.. measure the correct ratio for your resin
3.. stir the 2 parts for at least 3 minutes until combined to one clear liquid
4.. pour into molds on a flat level surface
5. remove air bubbles with appropriate heat source
6. Leave to dry on a flat level surface in a warm place
7. wait the appropriate length of time before removing from molds
8.. you can sand the backs but you don't have to. You can add more resin to level them out be sure to not lose the holes.
