If you pre-ordered FF7 Rebirth then you’re entitled to a few pre-order items such as the Moogle Trio Summon and the survival pack which comes with a collection of potions etc. The process to claim these pre-order items is a bit weird and not explained well so just watch this video and save yourself some time!!
