Indian Style Paneer Puffs:

Ingredients
For the Filling:
100g Paneer, crumbled
1 tablespoon Oil or butter
1 Onion, finely chopped
1-2 Green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
1 small Tomato, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Dry fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi)
1/4 teaspoon Aamchoor powder (dry mango powder)
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons Coriander leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice (optional)
For the Puffs:
1 package Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets)
2 tablespoons Milk (for brushing)

Dabeli Pinwheels:

Ingredients:
* 1 puff pastry sheet
* 2 tablespoons of oil
* 1/4 cup Dabeli masala
* 2 tbsp sugar
* Salt to taste
* 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
* Garlic chutney
* Tamarind chutney
* Masala peanuts
* Fresh coriander leaves
Khari Biscuits

Ingredients:
* 1 package of puff pastry sheets (usually includes 2 sheets)
* 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee (for brushing)

Mini puff pastry Samosa bites:
Ingredients:
* 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed if frozen
* 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
* 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
* 1 small onion, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1 teaspoon coriander powder
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
* 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
* Salt to taste
* Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
* Oil for sautéing
* Flour for dusting
