follow up on finger infection video

this is a patient follow up video showing the patient's improvement.

Cultures of the wound showed mixed skin flora (no MRSA), pt remains afebrile, normal WBC, and has NOT been taken to surgery because of the dramatic improvement in findings. He will most likely go home with PICC line and IV antibiotics with close ortho follow up.

Yes...there is still a chance of him needing amputation, but it is looking well for the patient at this time.
