Stubble burning, vehicular or industrial pollution, the root cause of Delhi NCR's is still debated. A day after Diwali, Delhi’s air quality was worse - than in four years. After some respite over the last few days due to rains - Delhi’s air quality has again deteriorated to ‘very poor’ & 'hazardous' levels with AQI over 300 in most parts of the city.
