How to make a very nice tasting espresso.

I just received my Delonghi ec155 espresso maker. I have followed the instructions and am happily making some fine espresso. I love this machine. I am not a pro by any stretch of the imagination. But I know what a good espresso tastes like. This little unit works just fine. I have ordered a separate tamper. Just a bit easier to use. I bought mine for about $85.00 new. Great price for a great product.

I made a mistake. Do not wait for the green light to go out. Skip that and go with aroulnd 20 to 27 seconds or so. You have to play around with it. I must have been crazy to say wait for the green light!
