Aoi was once saved from starvation as a child when a kind ayakashi fed her. He told her that when she grows up, he will return for her. Fast forward to present day where Aoi is a normal college student until she was whisked away by a strange Ogre and told that she is to be his bride as payment for her Grandfathers debit. The Ogre (Odanna/Master) is the master of a famous Inn located in the Hidden Realm. When she refuses, he agrees to let her cook at the inn to pay off the debit. The more Aoi spends time with Odanna/Master the more she sees that marriage to him, might not be as bad as she thought.

This is a story of how her initial rejection of marriage started to develop into into love and how Odanna does all he can to support her and keep her safe in a world that wants to consume her.
