Toyota Land Cruiser with a 3 53 Detroit diesel first start

This is a video of the first time running the 1973 Toyota Land Cruiser that has been re powered with a 353 Detroit diesel which is a 3 cylinder two stroke diesel which is supercharged. This was put in in 1993. It hasn’t ran in 8 years. Very loud In person! It is the military spec engine.
Is it too loud?
This is or can Ben legally registered since there is no limit to engine noise!
