1. Open the Shortcuts App:
Launch the Shortcuts app on your iPad.
2. Create a New Shortcut:
Tap the “+” button in the top-right corner to create a new shortcut.
3. Add the "Open App" Action:
Tap “Add Action”
In the search bar, type “Open App” and select it.
4. Select GoodNotes:
Tap “App” (it says “Choose”) next to Open App, then choose GoodNotes from the list of apps.
5. Set Up the Shortcut Name:
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
Name the shortcut something like “My Planner”
6. Customize the Icon:
Tap “Add to Home Screen”
In the preview window, you’ll see the default icon next to the shortcut name. Tap the icon.
7. Choose Your Custom PNG:
Tap “Choose Photo”
Select the PNG icon that you’ve saved to your Photos library (the one from Google Drive you downloaded).
Adjust and resize the image if needed.
8. Finalize and Add to Home Screen:
After customizing the icon, tap “Add” in the top-right corner.

9. Access Your Planner:
