How to use HALFTONES in Procreate - Filter vs. Brush

Ever since the 5X update for Procreate, you have been able to now apply a halftone filter to your artwork. And even though you have always been able to use halftone brushes in the app, filters are different. In this video I will show you the benefits and how to use both! Let's make some halftones!
