The 2022 VGMA Nominees List Is Out.. Where’s Shatta Wale??

Organizers of the VGMA, Charter House, have unveiled the Nominees for the 23rd Edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards tagged VGMA 2022.

Buzzing musician, Black Sherif bagged several nominations on his debut and will be competing with Kidi, Sarkodie, Kuami Eugene, King Promise, and Joe Mettle for the most prestigious category, Artiste of the Year.

The organizers of the award scheme welcomed Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy back following their brouhaha, however, the latter was the only one to grab a nomination.

Known as the biggest, award scheme in Ghana, VGMA is designed to celebrate, recognize and award hardworking musicians as well as industry players within the calendar year opening from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021.
