Life on the road sure does come with its set of challenges, so I make social interactions and emotional support major priorities in my life. Personally, those 2 are key for me. In hindsight, adjusting and adapting to trucking was not easy but I am very happy that I was kind, patient and gentle to myself throughout the process.
