How to use Immersive view in Zoom

Zoom Immersive view is an advanced version of Virtual Backgrounds. It allows you to share a background with multiple meeting attendees all sharing this virtual background. This helps with Zoom fatigue, makes meetings more fun and adds a touch of 'togetherness' during a virtual meeting or lesson.

Zoom Immersive View is not activated from the Virtual Background menu, after turning on the feature in settings, you can find it in the top-right menu, Click on Immersive scene and select the view or scene you'd like to use. Each scene has a maximum number of seats clearly indicated in this immersive view menu.

As a meeting host you can move people around and place them in different seats. Do keep in mind that participants who are using incompatible hardware(Virtual backgrounds not available) will be added to the immersive view as a regular rectangle shaped video feed.

Zoom Immersive View is available for all accounts (free and paid) starting with Zoom version 5.6.3. So make sure you update your client as shown in the video.
