United States of American Visa Application in Nigeria
Each visa has its particular documents and clauses that are required if you must be legible to be offered an entry into the United States of America. The following are documents required:
• A valid passport
• One 2x2 (5cmx5cm) photo.
• A Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application, Form DS-160.
All visas have their classes and payment terms. The Student, Work, Journalist, and Media, Business or Tourist, Transit or Ship Crew Visa are paid in a formal procedure. The necessary documents are submitted with payment of set by the embassy for the nonimmigrant visa application processing. The money paid is not refundable and must be done in local currency.
People who have issued a visa may be required to pay extra money for visa issuance. However, this depends on the nationality of the applicant. The exact amount of money required for visa application according to the type of visa can be found on the official website of The Department of State's www.travel.state.gov.
An Exchange Visitor Visa that is not funded by the US government (type G) and paid by an applicant needs a receipt for the payment.
When it comes to the payment of Domestic Employee Visa, for those who have been issued the B-1 visa, they are expected to pay. However, applicants for visa A-3 and G-5 are not required to make any payment.
