INGREDIENTS:
-1 C. Cashews Chopped
-1 C. Almonds Chopped https://bit.ly/3dql2DC
-1 C. Shredded Coconut Chopped https://bit.ly/3u6gV6z
-1/2 C. Xylitol or Sugar https://bit.ly/3whA0EP
-1/2 C. Erythritol or Sugar https://bit.ly/3m8AI2f
-1/4 C. Coconut Creme
-Chocolate Chips of Your Choice https://bit.ly/3czy4j4
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Put cashews, almonds & coconut into a glass bowl.
-Melt coconut creme & sweeteners together over medium heat. Whisk until golden. Remove from heat and pour over nut mixture.
-Combine everything and press into pan or mold. While still hot sprinkle with chocolate chips.
-Allow to completely cool before storing. Enjoy!

-3 Eggs

-1/4 C. Coconut Oil
-3/4 tsp Baking Soda
-1 tsp Vanilla Extract
-1/4 C. Peanut Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Put all ingredients except chocolate chips into the blender and blend. Place batter into greased pan or molds. Top with chocolate chips. Bank at 350°F for 23 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
-2 C. Almond Flour https://bit.ly/3sKqMig
-4 tsp Baking Soda
-1 tsp Xanthan Gum
-1/4 C. Xylitol or Sugar https://bit.ly/3whA0EP
-4 Eggs
-1 tsp Vanilla
-1/2 C. Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients well with a whisk. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Heat waffle iron and place batter into iron. Follow the waffle iron instructions for how long to cook. To freeze, place the waffles flat on a cookie sheet and freeze until frozen through. Once frozen you can put them into a storage bag and put them back in the freezer. This will prevent the waffles from sticking to each other in the bag. Reheat however you desire. Enjoy!
