Under $10,000 2 Floor Shed House For Debt Free Living ~No Upgrades

Pt 1 Early in my channel I came across this shed that one could customize to a tiny house. I am considering purchasing it for my Homestead so we went back and filmed it again. This is Part 1 of another video where I will show you might be able to put this in Florida as a home.

Check with your local zoning laws before purchasing. Rural or Agriculture Land will be your best choice for something like this.
Wording your permits correctly can have an effect on the acceptance of this shed as a residence. The term Accessory building can be considered in some areas please consult with a Real Estate Attorney they may be able to guide you to get this accepted within any city limits.
