Recipe:
2 tsp Cooking oil
2 Eggs whisked
3 medium Onion
2 medium Tomato chopped
10-12 Green chilli
½ kg Beef Mince with 30% fat
½ kg Beef fat
1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
2 tbs Fresh coriander chopped
1 tbs Dried pomegranate seeds crushed
1 & ½ tbs Coriander seeds crushed
1 tbs Red chili crushed
1 tsp Cumin powder
½ tbs or to taste Salt
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 & ½ tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed
2 tsp Amchoor powder (dried mango powder)
½ Black pepper powder
1 Cup Gram flour
3 tbs Homemade breadcrumbs
2 tbs Plain flour
Optional extra: Cubes of Bone Marrow
Melted animal fat or oil to fry in
