My curls have suffered color treatment bleach damage. Though I did go through the lightening process as healthy as possible there was some damage to my curls and I am working on getting them back!
First I started off with a hair cut. From there I decided to use Olaplex No. 0 and No.3 to treat my hair as my hair stylist used Olaplex on my hair when going through the lightening process to help restore my hair. If you go to their website (olaplex.com) you will be able to fill out a form with questions about your hair and they will recommend the products you should consider purchasing.
