5 Rowing variations plus bonus tip

Any training that we do, we do a 1:1 ratio for pushing and pulling exercises. Here are 5 (plus 1 bonus) exercises that we like to throw into the mix for upper body pulling lifts.

With all of these lifts, you will hear us say over and over to think about engaging the lats and rhomboids while squeezing your shoulders back and down to ensure you stay in good position.
