Upper Body Workout Routine - Calisthenics [Intermediate]

Write down the exercises in the right order, go to your local park and start working out!

This workout consists of 3 rounds and each round has to be done 3 times:
1. 10 Explosive pushups, 3 Ab exercises, 5-8 Shoulder swings [x3]
2. 10 Dips, 10 Wall walk-outs, 5 Slow leg raises [x3]
3. 10 Scissors, 10 Push-to-tri, 6-8 Chin-ups [x3]

Rest should be taken only after completing each round.
