crash of an DJI Spark drone in a tree using Litchi App

This is just a Crash drone report:

While testing an DJI Spark, using litchi App with "follow me" riding a bike using an mobile GPS as reference. I set the height of the drone to 25 meters. This is a uphill road and the Litchi does not compensate the height of it, so the drone gets near and near of the ground until it crashes on a tree. That think that tree don´'t have more than 15 meters high. I come back one day later with "find my drone" coordinates and find the drone without any damage.
