Filling up the Pantry ~ Canning Rice Pudding

We just love Rice Pudding for Breakfast or a snack.... This video shows you how I preserve it for my family, so we can just grab a quick meal or snack.

This can be made in any size batch, it's made right in the jar, so how many jars will depend on how much ingredients you need.

Recipe Per jar:
1/3 cup rice (i used white, but you can use any kind you like)
1/8 cup Raisins
2 teaspoons sugar (optional, this can be adjusted up or down for taste)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Boiling Hot Water

Pressure can @ 10 pounds for 20 minutes

This method is not approved by the UDSA and I am not recommending that any one do this, this is just how I do it. If you choose to try this, please let me know how you like it! :)
