Alcohol dependence is rife – and has ruined far too many lives north of the border in the UK, particularly in the West of Scotland.

That’s why we at YouRevolution have created this special alcoholism documentary to focus on the serious alcohol health effects – and share positive alcohol recovery stories.

In this special alcohol addiction documentary, YouRevolution hosts Alan Wilson and Marc McLean wanted to look closely at: alcohol and mental health, alcohol on the body, and alcohol intervention.

The guys also wanted to share positive messages of hope, and that’s why they interviewed people who broke free from their alcohol addiction in this episode, along with experts from support services including Alcoholics Anonymous and Glasgow Council on Alcohol.
