- How boards, executives, and CISOs share fiduciary responsibility for security outcomes
- Clear ownership across product, engineering, and security (who owns the what, how, and guardrails)
- How to design and use a practical RACI for secure SDLC activities (requirements, threat modeling, code review, release)
- Ways to embed controls like hardened base images, MFA-by-default, and SBOMs into your SDLC

Course progression:
This module is part of a structured secure-by-design series. Expect ~20–30 minutes of focused learning for this segment, with practical examples you can map to your own governance and SDLC in a single working session.
