OMD QuickWeld : Adaptive welding in combination with Multilayer

Here, you can see how the robot locates the groove and performs the weld using a combination of two technologies: MultiPath and Adaptive Welding.

Adaptive Welding allows the robot to adjust the width of the weld based on the real-time measured size of the groove.

MultiPath technology memorizes the root weld path and generates each subsequent layer according to the preset welding parameters set by the operator.
