The Grainfather Brewery Clone: Ballykilcavan Millhouse Session IPA

BALLYKILCAVAN BREWERY CLONE
This is the first of a new series of videos were I’ll be cloning some classic Irish craft beers with some exciting breweries around Ireland. In this Ballykilcavan brewery episode I team up with innovation brewer Joe O’Driscoll and brew a clone of their fabulous Millhouse Session IPA on the Grainfather. Throughout the brew Joe explains more about the ingredients of this clone while providing some assistance, advice and tips.

I also got to meet farm and brewery owner David Walsh-Kemmis who gave me an insight into the history of the farm and brewery. Then after all that I was off hop picking with some locals for a fresh hop beer the guys brewed up later in the brewery. Then later is was time to relax with a beer and enjoy some a barbecue with the group.
