Bicep Struggles
For some, it’s 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 they’re in the gym. Priorities aside, if we want to focus on a muscle – we should 𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲.
For the sake of isolation, some 𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 need to be made to stop 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 from other muscles, ie our forearms.
Try ‘𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴’ the wrist or extending it back to put the load 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 on your biceps and over time they’ll grow, hopefully getting the attention you need
