National Student Pride – Everything that happened in 2018

We are an annual event held in February (the UK's LGBT History Month) that over 1700 students from 170 global universities attend in person and thousands join our digitally streamed panels.

We are live for a weekend of discussion aimed at empowering young LGBT people feel comfortable in their identity, hosted at the University of Westminster for the last five years.

In 2018 our main themes were the LGBT+ youth homeless crisis and a focus on those #BeyondTheBinary discussing gender.

We had Evan Davis on Stage with Courtney Act, performances from Calum Scott and debate with AKT, Attitude Magazine, the Gay Star Students Stage, and MTV's James Barr hosting 'Queer Dates' with Ollie Lock, Riyadh K, and a host of other amazing LGBT+ voices.
