Packing For My SOLO BALI BIKE Adventure [Bali, Indonesia 2021]

I'm currently planning for a pretty epic 2-week road trip around Bali on my bike and thought I would share my Bali bike trip planning process with you!

I thought it would be fun to hit the road with my scooter and drive the whole way around the island of Bali for a few weeks, visiting some of the more remote and lesser-visited parts of this beautiful island!

This is a pretty adventurous solo trip, and I've never done a trip this long just on my bike. There are quite a lot of logistics to think about, such as how to keep dry, where to store my luggage and valuables while on the bike, and thinking about emergency situations such as getting a flat tyre or running out of petrol as I explore the more remote parts of the island.

By no means am I going to be visiting all the top spots in Bali, as I'm skipping the south-east of the island which is the most densely populated and most popular in terms of tourism. Places like Sanur, Nusa Dua, Kuta and Uluwatu, as well as Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan islands.
