Instructions: In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, oregano, parsley flakes, black pepper, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Transfer blended mixture to a medium-sized saucepan and heat over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add cooked pasta to the saucepan and stir to combine. ✅
