This video is about my HomeMade BGA Rework Station that i use mainly for Graphics Card Repair. Cost me about $150 to build and works really well.
It uses a PID controller with USB interface and Thermocouple sensor for accurate PCB temperature reading and 2 SSR relays to control the infrared panels.
with the computer you can edit and load the required temperature profiles easily.
